Consultation
Request a private appointment in the comfort of your home or office. One of our designers will come to you to discuss your needs and devise the perfect designs for you. We take 20-30 measurements to ensure a perfect fit, which will follow with a second fitting. You can expect a fitting 3 weeks from this point.
Initial Fitting
We offer a true bespoke fitting experience. We first make what we call a “basted” fit: an unfinished garment is made from a house fabric, based on your measurements, to see what the fit would be. Our designers will then analyze the fit and note any adjustments that need to be made to the final garment. You can expect a finished garment 5 weeks from this point.
Most places will simply measure and then make. If anything goes wrong, then they must remake the entire garment; this makes for a much longer, not to mention dreadful, experience. We make it our priority to have the perfect fit before your final garment is created, ensuring a smooth and timely delivery.
Delivery
Our expert tailors review pictures and notes from your initial fitting and apply them to the final make of your garments. Our garments are 100% handmade with the utmost attention to detail.
We’ll deliver the garment to you and you may try it on once again. If there are any adjustments, which there are typically very little to none, we take care of it right away. All adjustments and notes made to your profile are also annotated into our system, making future orders very quick and easy since we will already have your measurements on file.
